Selma Osmanagic-Myers ist MedUni Wien "Researcher of the Month" - März 2020

Die Jury „Researcher of the Month” verleiht die Auszeichnung für diesen Monat Dr.in Selma Osmanagic-Myers aus Anlass der im Top-Journal „Journal of Clinical Investigation” (IF 12.282) erschienenen Arbeit „Endothelial progerin expression causes cardiovascular pathology through an impaired mechanoresponse”.[1]

Die multidisziplinäre Studie entstand im Rahmen des FWF-geförderten Forschungsprojekts von Dr.in Selma Osmanagic-Myers am Zentrum für Medizinische Biochemie, Max Perutz Labs in der Arbeitsgruppe von Univ.-Prof. Dr. R. Foisner in Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsgruppe von Univ.-Prof. Dr. B. Podesser (Zentrum für Biomedizinische Forschung, Medizinische Universität Wien), der Arbeitsgruppe von Univ.-Prof. Dr. J. Grillari (Department für Biotechnologie, BOKU) und Univ.-Prof.in Dr.in M. Eriksson (Karolinska Institute, Schweden).
